Everyone that I speak with about buying tobacco always say the same thing. It is too expensive and the taxes are too outrageous. But, rather than quitting, we just keep shelling out the dough. Here is the easiest way to Buy Smokeless Tobacco at great prices. When you purchase online, you may be paying shipping costs, but unless the website resides in the state that you live in, then you won’t pay taxes. If you can stand to wait for the shipment to arrive, this is the perfect method for getting the tobacco that you need. What I recommend doing is buying in bulk, and when you are down to your last few cans, just reorder. There are so many sites out there now a days, you can pretty much guarantee a great price from the web. And, you will always be able to find the product you are looking for. If it is not at one site, do a quick search for the full name of the product, and then you will have to many stores to “chews” from. My favorite tobacco is the kodiak pouch tobacco. It is the same as a chew, but comes in little pouches, so you don’t have to worry about getting tobacco between your teeth. I don’t have to leave my house to get it, I just go online when I am ready and place my order. It typically arrives within a week. I pay half the price that I was paying when I first started chewing. It has really helped my wallet and keeps me happy. So if you want to Buy Smokeless Tobacco, go online and check out all of the different types of tobacco you can get at any time.

May 21st, 2010Cropping Tobacco for Cigars
April 5th, 2010Tobacco leaves are harvested and aged employing a process that combines use of heat and shade to reduce sugar and water content without causing the massive leaves to decay. This first part of the method, called curing, takes between 25 and 45 days and varies significantly based upon climatic conditions as well as the development of sheds or barns used to store cropped tobacco. The curing process is manipulated based upon the sort of tobacco, and the specified color of the leaf. The second part of the process, called fermentation, is carried out under conditions designed to help the leaf die slowly. Temperature and humidity are controlled to ensure that the leaf continues to ferment, without rotting or disintegrating. This is where the flavour, burning, and scent characteristics are basically brought out in the leaf of avo cigars.
Tobacco Pipe Smoking
April 2nd, 2010Grab your favourite Dr Grabow Pipes, the best smelling savoury tobacco you could find, and 2 easy pipe accessories and lets begin our lesson. Find a comfy spot you can relax and enjoy your smoke. It is important for you to recollect that learning how to pack, light, and smoke your pipe is something you can learn to perfect. It isn’t going to happen the first time you light it up irrespective of how many pipe smoking guides you read. It is something you desire experience with so as to improve, so take time and chill. As with anything in life, learn from your mistakes. Packing Your Pipe. It’s important to ensure your pipe is freed from any previous ashes or condensation for a previous smoke. Run a pipe cleaner through the stem and then blow on the stem to ensure nothing is obstructing the air passage to the bowl. I might highly suggest you turn the bowl away from your face or you will finish up with a face full of dottle ( ashes and unburned tobacco ). Take away the rough amount of tobacco you’ll have to fill the bowl and place it on a tissue. Ensure the tobacco is freed from any clumps and the moisture level of the tobacco isn’t to wet. If it is let it sit out for 2 mins while you take in the unpolluted air of the evening. Loosely fill the bowl with tobacco. At anytime while filling don’t press down on the tobacco with your thumb or fingers. Also don’t pinch the tobacco so firmly that you create clumps which you lost in step 2. Now with your convenient meddle tool press the tobacco down until its springy. The bowl should likely be around half to 3 / four of the way full. Remember the tobacco should be springy not rock-hard. Take a test draw from the stem. Is there any resistance? If so dump out the tobacco or stir it up with your pick and begin again. Otherwise fill the bowl back up and tamp it down again. Take another test draw. Again there should be tiny or even no resistance. If there is more resistance the breathing through a drinking straw, dump or stir the tobacco and start again. If the tobacco still isn’t even with the top of the bowl add more tobacco and tap it down till it’s even with the top. Another test draw should yield only a little resistance. Lighting the pipe is simple. With the pipe between your lips, light your match and use it on the tobacco in a round about motion. You’ll want to make intensely shallow puffs on the pipe. You can probably see the tobacco swell up or untangle in the bowl. That’s fully normal and the first purpose to the burning light. This expels any additional moisture from the tobacco and prepares the tobacco for the True Light. After the fake light the tobacco may not be at the same level – the height of the bowl. Use your meddle to gently compress the tobacco back to the head of the bowl. Be extremely careful, here is where many noobs make their worst mistake. Relight the match and again use it on the tobacco in a rounded motion. Again a collection of shallow puffs will be important to re-light the flame. If done properly the tobacco shouldn’t unscramble or puff up like it did during the fake light. If you have done everything right you should be enjoying your first pipe smoking experience. Bask in it. Like it. You may eventually get into a rhythm. If the smoke entering your mouth is hot you are going to fast. Slow down and take long regular puffs. If your pipe goes out while between puffs don’t worry. That is’s ordinary. Just relight.
When Smoking is Bad
February 8th, 2010According to the St. Joseph reports Press in Jan 2010, Missouri has failed the smoking report card. According to the article, Missouri has majorly flunked out. On the report card given by the North American lung association’s State of Tobacco Control, Missouri has received all F’s.
The four F’s that were received were in the areas of control spending, cigarette tax, cessation coverage, smoke-free air and tobacco prevention.
Shortly after, our rapid state legislature reported that there is a proposed smoking ban for Missouri. ( This was well after the bill had already passed.) That same day, Missouri lawmakers introduced a Medical Marijana bill.
Representative Robert Schaaf, stated the primary use of medical marijuana is to be utilized by cancer patients to relieve nausea after chemotherapy. So the moral of the tale is : Don’t smoke, you will get cancer, but after you have it, light up.

You can do this with punch cutters, cigar scissors, or guillotine cutters. The guillotine is recommended for the perfect cut.
